How many guests can you illustrate?The number of portraits depends on the booking duration, outfit complexity and whether guests are illustrated individually, as couples or in small groups. On average, I illustrate around 8–10 guests per hour. A standard 4-hour booking usually allows for approximately 32–40 guests to be illustrated, depending on the level of detail.I’ll be happy to help you choose the best option for your event.---Can the illustrations be personalised?Yes. I can add your names, event date, wedding date, company logo or a custom monogram to every illustration, creating a unique keepsake for your guests. Personalisation is prepared in advance.---Can you travel outside Porto?Absolutely. I’m based in Porto, Portugal, and available for weddings, corporate events, brand activations and private celebrations throughout Portugal. Travel costs may apply depending on the location.---How much space do you need?Just a small table and one chair in a well-lit area where guests can easily find me during the event. Access to a power socket can also be helpful depending on the setup.---When should live illustration begin?For weddings, live illustration often begins during the cocktail hour or reception, when guests have time to enjoy the experience.For corporate events, brand activations and private celebrations, the timing can be adapted to the event schedule. I’ll gladly help you choose the best time for your guests and programme.---How do I book?Simply fill in the enquiry form with your event date, location, number of guests and event type. I’ll confirm my availability and send you a personalised quote based on the duration, location and format of your event.---Is a deposit required?Yes. A 10% deposit secures your event date. The remaining balance is due before the event.---What if our event plans change?If your schedule, venue or guest count changes, just let me know as early as possible. I’ll always do my best to accommodate changes whenever possible.---Why choose live illustration instead of a photo booth?Unlike a photo booth, every guest receives an original hand-painted portrait created especially for them.
